What is often disregarded is the importance and variety of front attachments, which can be provided with the CLAAS JAGUAR. At the end, it is this vital feature in front of the machine, which makes it one of the most versatile forage harvesters. Using ORBIS, PICK UP or DIRECT DISC as front attachments allows the JAGUAR to operate also in grass, napier grass, whole plant silage and other crops or residues.

You can harvest maize, whole crops and many other crop types such as napier grass and cutting those crops into small pieces for making silage to feed your dairy cow or your biogas plant.

2. Clean crop intake with the PICK UP family 

Collecting crops with the PICK UP 300 / 380 ever increasing yields and ever more powerful forage harvesters require robust technology which is able to take up the crops cleanly while remaining easy to operate.

All the PICK UP models for the JAGUAR forage harvester are able to adjust flexibly to a very wide range of ground conditions and are capable of high throughput.

• Robust roller crop press with large intake auger for high throughput

• ACTIVE CONTOUR for automatic ground adaptation

• Ideal ground contour adaptation as pick up is free to swivel as required and guide wheels are optimally positioned
